“The installation process was handled very well, excellent in comparison to the previous changeover I experienced. There were no issues with things like stressed out staff not knowing how to use the system. I particularly liked the test database we got to use before going live.
Also regarding the install, I felt the communication before going live was great as well as the amount of time and attention that Auto-IT gave us in terms of prep time, training, and follow-up was excellent. It was by far the best experience I have had and I’ve been through a couple.
The help desk is excellent. I like it that they are NZ-based and their philosophy seems to be “Let’s fix it while you’re on the phone.” I ring on behalf of all the staff so I am in touch a lot. There are never any issues and they are happy to teach you on the go so that you get things right.
I love the fact that they let you know if there is some new report or feature that they put together for someone else and you can have it too.”
